At ExquisiteGemm, we are committed to providing high-quality earrings and excellent customer service. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we are here to help with our refund and return policy.
1. Returns
- You have 30 calendar days from the date you receive your item to initiate a return.
- To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in its original condition, and in the original packaging.
- Proof of purchase (such as a receipt or order confirmation) is required to process your return.
2. Non-Returnable Items
The following items are non-returnable:
- Custom or personalized earrings
- Gift cards
- Items purchased on sale or clearance
3. Return Process
To initiate a return, please follow these steps:

- We will provide instructions on how to return the item.
- You are responsible for shipping costs associated with returning the item. We recommend using a trackable shipping method as we cannot be responsible for lost or damaged returns.
4. Refunds
- Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it to ensure it meets our return criteria.
- If your return is approved, we will process your refund. The refund will be credited to your original payment method within 5-10 business days.
- Please note that shipping costs are non-refundable, and the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund if applicable.
5. Exchanges
- If you received a defective or incorrect item, please contact us within 30 days of receiving your order. We will replace the item at no additional cost to you.
