1. Returns

  • You have 30 calendar days from the date you receive your item to initiate a return.
  • To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in its original condition, and in the original packaging.
  • Proof of purchase (such as a receipt or order confirmation) is required to process your return.

2. Non-Returnable Items

The following items are non-returnable:

  • Custom or personalized earrings
  • Gift cards
  • Items purchased on sale or clearance

3. Return Process

To initiate a return, please follow these steps:

  • We will provide instructions on how to return the item.
  • You are responsible for shipping costs associated with returning the item. We recommend using a trackable shipping method as we cannot be responsible for lost or damaged returns.

4. Refunds

  • Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it to ensure it meets our return criteria.
  • If your return is approved, we will process your refund. The refund will be credited to your original payment method within 5-10 business days.
  • Please note that shipping costs are non-refundable, and the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund if applicable.
