  • Custom or personalized items cannot be returned unless there is a manufacturing defect or error in personalization.

2. Non-Returnable Items

Certain items are not eligible for returns or exchanges. These include:

  • Items marked as “Final Sale” or “Non-returnable”.
  • Custom or personalized jewelry that was made specifically for you.
  • Products that have been worn, altered, or damaged after receiving them.

3. How to Initiate a Return

4. Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for the shipping costs associated with returning items, unless the return is due to a defective or incorrect product sent by ExquisiteGemm. It is recommended that you use a trackable shipping service and obtain a receipt for your return. ExquisiteGemm is not responsible for items lost in transit.

5. Refunds and Processing Time

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, the refund will be processed to your original method of payment. Please note that refunds may take 5-10 business days to appear on your account depending on your bank or payment provider.

  • Restocking Fees: A restocking fee of up to 15% may be applied for returns that do not meet the eligibility criteria.
  • Shipping Fees: Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to an error on our part.
